Ingredients
- Tagliatelle
- Smoked Bacon
- Mushrooms
- Fresh Parsley
- Parmigiano Reggiano or Parmesan
- Double Cream
- Onion Granules
- Garlic Oil
- Garlic
- Chicken Stock Cube
- Salt & Black Pepper
How to make:
For your Creamy Mushroom & Bacon Tagliatelle Recipe:
- Boil water with a chicken stock cube (if you want to or with salt) and add the tagliatelle
- Chop up the bacon, mushrooms, parsley and garlic
- Add garlic oil to a pan with the garlic and bacon
- When the bacon is almost cooked add the mushrooms, onion powder, salt pepper and parsley
- Then add the cream, a bit of pasta water, a sprinkling of parmigiano reggiano (or parmesan) salt & pepper stir and taste, add more onion powder if needed. Add the tagliatelle and stir
- Serve with fresh parsley, black pepper and parmigiano reggiano or parmesan and enjoy
