A rich and luxurious Creamy Truffle Mushroom Pasta. Made with earthy chestnut mushrooms and a decadent truffle-infused cream sauce.
Ingredients
- Pasta of your choice (I used this)
- Chestnut mushrooms
- Maggi Stock cube
- Butter
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
- Fresh Parsley
- Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano
- Truffle oil
- Truffle sauce
- Cream
How to make: Creamy Truffle Mushroom Pasta
- Chop the mushrooms and garlic
- Boil and salt water and add the pasta of your choice
- In a frying pan add some truffle oil and butter
- Then add your mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, half a Maggi stock cube and simmer.
- Once the mushrooms have browned slightly add the cream and a few teaspoons of truffle sauce
- Taste as you go and add more seasonings if required
- Once the pasta is al dente (cooked so as to be still firm when bitten) add some pasta water to the sauce and drain the pasta
- Stir the pasta into the sauce
- Serve and garnish with parsley and parmesan or parmigiano reggiano
