Creamy Truffle Mushroom Pasta 

Creamy Truffle Pasta
A rich and luxurious Creamy Truffle Mushroom Pasta. Made with earthy chestnut mushrooms and a decadent truffle-infused cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pasta of your choice (I used this)
  • Chestnut mushrooms
  • Maggi Stock cube
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Parmesan or Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Truffle oil
  • Truffle sauce
  • Cream

How to make: Creamy Truffle Mushroom Pasta 

  1. Chop the mushrooms and garlic
  2. Boil and salt water and add the pasta of your choice
  3. In a frying pan add some truffle oil and butter
  4. Then add your mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, half a Maggi stock cube and simmer.
  5. Once the mushrooms have browned slightly add the cream and a few teaspoons of truffle sauce
  6. Taste as you go and add more seasonings if required
  7. Once the pasta is al dente (cooked so as to be still firm when bitten) add some pasta water to the sauce and drain the pasta
  8. Stir the pasta into the sauce
  9. Serve and garnish with parsley and parmesan or parmigiano reggiano
