Ingredients
- Thai Jasmine Rice
- Peeled, Deveined Prawns
- Coconut Milk
- Ginger or Galangal if you can get it
- Green Beans/Mangetout
- Shallots
- Spring Onions
- Green Chillies
- Red Chillies
- Fresh Coriander
- Fresh Lemongrass or Puree
- Limes
- Lime Juice
- Lime Leaves
- Ground Cumin
- Palm Sugar
- White Pepper
- Fish Sauce
- Garlic
- Garlic Granules
- Onion Granules
How to make: Prawn Thai Green Curry Recipe
- Roughly chop the garlic, shallots, green chillies, ginger/galangal, spring onions, lime leaves and coriander including the stalks
- Add to a food processor/chopper and blend with a teaspoon of ground cumin, palm sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, onion granules, garlic granules and white pepper until you have made a paste
- Wash and cook the jasmine rice
- Add oil to a pan and then the paste, cook until it slightly browns, then begin stirring in coconut milk slowly.
- Taste and add in any more seasoning/lime juice if needed
- Cook beans/mange tout either separate or together in the curry
- Add Prawns until they are cooked, serve, garnish and enjoy!
