Crayfish, Avocado & Mango Salad

Crayfish, Avocado & Mango Summer Salad: Layers of cucumber, mango, avocado and crayfish with a mary rose sauce

Ingredients

  • Avocado
  • Crayfish Tails
  • Lime
  • Ketchup
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Pepper
  • Mayonaise
  • Mango
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Round Food Presentation Ring
  • Parsley or chives to garnish

How to make: Crayfish, Avocado & Mango Salad

  1. Chop all the ingredients except the lime into small cubes, save a few crayfish tails for garnishing at the end.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, a squeeze of lime juice, smoked paprika and pepper.
  3. Mix in the chopped crayfish tails.
  4. Place the food presentation ring on a plate and start layering your ingredients carefully pressing down after each layer (you can use the bottom of a can or glass for this, leaving the crayfish mixture for last (Or just mix all ingredients together it all ends up the same just depends on how you want to present it!)
  5. After adding the crayfish tail mixture, add the whole crayfish tails and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
  6. Very carefully lift the food presentation ring, garnish with chopped chives or parsley and enjoy
